Demo guide and verification: .
We share the workflow, not private data. This is a separate demonstration copy. Project and crew names have been replaced; contacts, customer addresses, working documents, videos, chats and financial records have been removed. The demo does not synchronize with the original Planner or show current production status.
START IN THREE STEPS
No registration.
No permission to change data.
- Open the demo
The button opens the Planner in a separate window or tab. Keep this guide alongside it.
- Enter code 5733
In the MES sign-in window, enter the code and press the sign-in button. MES stands for manufacturing execution system.
- Check the viewing mode
The top bar should show a read-only label. You can explore the schedule and cards, but cannot change manufacturing data.
The demo interface is in Ukrainian. A laptop or large screen is more convenient for the wide calendar; horizontal scrolling may be needed on a phone.
A THREE-MINUTE TOUR
Not a slide deck. An interface to explore.
01 · Projects
Switch to the Projects view and select a demo project in the filter. See how individual operations form a home's schedule: sequence, duration, deadlines and statuses.
02 · Operations
Select an operation on the timeline. Compare planned and actual fields, the assigned crew, dependencies and material readiness. A missing actual is not a confirmed result.
03 · Crews
Switch to the Crews view. Look at the schedule through resources: who is assigned, where work overlaps and which operations are waiting.
04 · Quality and risks
Use the status filter, risks-only filter or critical chain. Distinguish work in progress from quality review, rework and quality acceptance.
05 · Site and showroom
Open the Site or Showroom view: another way to explore where demo projects are positioned. Moving objects is disabled for visitors.
06 · Different views of one plan
Adjust the zoom, search for a project or operation, and combine filters. Project and crew views show the same work from different perspectives.
FINISHED ≠ ACCEPTED
Quality is a separate transition,
not a final green tick.
- Planned
- Accepted by crew
- In progress
- Quality review
- Quality accepted
Exceptions have statuses too. Pause and block indicate an obstacle; rework returns an operation for correction and another review. A status alone does not prove the cause of a delay or the quality of the work performed.
According to the team, operation acceptance requires a completed checklist and a quality operator's video report. Private evidence is removed from the public copy: visitors see the process logic, not an audit of a specific home.
A digital core today.
A foundation for AI next.
What we show
A working web interface for projects, operations, crews, statuses, dependencies and spatial placement. The demonstration server allows data reading only.
What this does not yet prove
Full team adoption, accuracy of every record, guaranteed timelines, profitability or measured defect reduction. These conclusions require separate verified measurements.
The Planner is part of Housing OS, not proof of an already autonomous factory. The next step is a reliable end-to-end history of one home. AI assistance and robotics must rely on quality data and separately verified permissions.

What this description is based on
The interface was inspected directly in the separate demo copy on 24 September 2026. The checklist and video-report rule is based on the team's account; private materials are not published. Separate tests verified sign-in, write restrictions and file-access protection.
Look inside production.
Without changing it.
Public code: 5733. No registration or personal contact details required.
