AI assistant and showroom booking data

What we process, why, and for how long
Conversation: your messages, short history, language and technical session identifier, for up to 30 days after the last interaction. Viewing: name, phone, optional email, your plot, budget, timing and model information, selected slot and consent, for up to 90 days after the visit. Expired records are removed when the database is next maintained. Signed contracts require separate retention terms.
Storage is encrypted on the server outside public files. The key is separate from the database; access is limited to authorized operators. A technical cookie maintains your session; the CRM does not store contacts in localStorage. Protection does not mean zero risk: the server, backups and access controls require ongoing maintenance.
The model, email and Telegram
OpenAI processes conversation text to provide answers. Separate contact-form fields are not sent to the model; automatic phone/email masking in free text cannot guarantee removal of all personal data. API requests use store:false. This is not a guarantee of zero provider retention: abuse-monitoring logs and provider policies may apply. API data is not used to train OpenAI models by default.
The team receives only contacts, concise qualification, and the visit date and time, not the conversation transcript. Email and Telegram have their own policies and infrastructure, including outside Ukraine. Telegram also processes data when you use its channel. This version does not record phone calls; voice is not yet connected.
Showroom map
Pages with a map load third-party Google Maps content. When it loads, Google receives technical request data, including your IP address; Google policies apply. The showroom address is also available as plain text.
Your control
You separately agree to conversation processing and a showroom booking before sending. You can choose not to use AI and call instead. “Clear conversation” erases conversation memory but does not cancel a booking. Cancel in your calendar or with /cancel in the bot. For access, correction, full deletion or withdrawal of consent, use the contact above; identity verification protects other people’s records.
